Scents of herbs and broom, with citrus and chalky hints. The savoury and intense sip lengthens with pleasant width on the finish. From one single 20-year-old vineyard planted on just over 2ha at an altitude of 360m, second-generation producer Massimo Alois has identified the right cru for the historic native Pallagrello vine.
