The nose is sweet and creamy, with aromas of yogurt, yellow apple, honeysuckle and marzipan, while the palate becomes nutty and salty, even as the honey and tree fruit elements linger as undertones, and a bit of the fermented creaminess returns on the finish to give texture. — Danielle Callegari
