On October 24th, 2025, Caserta will host Artisti del Gusto, an event celebrating the excellence of Campania’s food and wine culture.
A unique evening that combines pizza, wine, and culinary art, offering guests an immersive experience of authentic flavors and conviviality.
The initiative brings together three leading figures in the region’s gastronomic scene: Antonella Amodio, journalist and author of Calici & Spicchi, the world’s first book dedicated to pairing pizza and wine; Pasquale Cavallo, chef of L’Amo restaurant, known for his contemporary cuisine based on local and seasonal ingredients; and Gerardo Rossi, the visionary pizzaiolo behind Radici Pizzeria in Pietrelcina, pioneer of a sustainable approach with his integrated organic garden.
The evening will be led by Pietro Iadicicco, who will guide guests through tastings and wine pairings featuring local grape varieties and artisanal creations.
Special guests include Cantine Alois, Opificio Botanico, AIS Campania Caserta, and Di Meo Salva Irpina, all representing the strong connection between tradition, innovation, and the pursuit of quality.
Artisti del Gusto aims to promote the authentic identity of Caserta’s culinary heritage, fostering dialogue between chefs, winemakers, and enthusiasts who share the same passion for taste, sustainability, and culture.
